I was very frustrated with my former eyecare company. Exams were not thorough and were rushed. That's when I knew, after many years, it was time to move on. I wanted to give LensCrafters a try. The staff at this Macy's LensCrafters was very welcoming and attentive from the receptionist who greeted me and took my first exam, to the very patient doctor Smith, who answered all my questions without frustration. Everybody at this location was friendly and helpful.
