was told before my visit that my insurance would cover the exam and that I only needed to pay $20-30 for a retinal exam. The staff clearly said that everything else would be covered. After the appointment, I found out that the clinic was out-of-network and my insurance paid $0. Now I am responsible for a $286 bill. The exam itself was very quick and felt rushed. It definitely was not worth this amount of money. The quality of service did not match the price at all. If I had known the real situation with insurance, I would never have gone there. This feels misleading and unprofessional. Be very careful and always double-check everything in writing before visiting this clinic.

Horrible services! Beware if you are looking to get your prescription filled in a timely manner. Also beware when you use your insurance. They were told to cancel part of the order on initial visit. Then come to find out through a different clinic. That this business had NOT canceled the order as requested! Had to call them and request they remove that hold from the insurance. Beware when you use your insurance. Call your insurance after receiving services there and double check on charges! Update... Day 13 and still no contact lenses! Placed online order $20 next day service? Saved over $40. Office still doesn't know when order will be ready. Absolutely ridiculous service!

Terrible experience! Customer servic was very poor, and the glasses i received do not match my prescription, resulting in very poor vision. Delivery also took 10 days despite being promised 3 to 5 days, wasting both my time and money
