Dr. Becherer and her team are awesome! Super knowledgeable, helpful, and caring. They have two offices (another on Halsted) if you can't catch Dr. B in Ravenswood. Highly recommend if you are looking for a great team to take care of your eye needs.

I have been seeing Dr. Slusky for a very long time and just had my check up to get new glasses and new lenses. Again, another amazing experience. Nancy, helped me pick out my glasses -she was great and super helpful in choosing the style, the shape and the color. I highly recommend this office. They're completely thorough in a full eye health exam not just checking your vision and dispensing eyewear.

Medical receptionist lied about amount I was going to pay. After "accepting" my insurance (BCBSIL) turns out the VISIT wasn't covered. Go someplace else where the staff won't lie to you.

Really enjoyed my first visit (eye exam and choosing a frame) at her office. I choose her based on client reviews which hold true! Dr. Stein didn't rush me and took time to explain things. My exam was taken at ease and I felt very comfortable as she explained what each test was going to involve. I've had glasses for all of my life and in recent years, jumped from place to place for an optometrist due to fit & also insurance changes. I feel very confident right now about sticking with Dr. Stein.

My entire family has been going to Dr. Stein for over 6 years. Dr. Stein is amazing! She always takes her time with us, we never feel rushed. Great quality and quantity of frames. I enjoyed working with Dr Stein, but had a negative experience with the transition staff yesterday. There was a lot of confusion about pricing and what my optical needs were. I was there twice as long as any appointment before the staff transition, and they wanted to charge me between 200% and 400% more for the same supply of contact lenses. Please consider having a previous year's invoice handy when you get pricing from the new staff.

Dr Tracy and staff were so amazing, I can't speak highly enough. Everyone was so sweet and so helpful throughout the process And Dr Tracy made me feel very comfortable, and even checked my vision to see if I needed an additional prescription for sitting at my computer, which I did. I had no idea how much I couldn't see until I got my second pair, and it's incredible! I've been seeing eye doctors and eye surgeons for about 30 years now, and have not received this level of care from anywhere else.
