Won't be coming back. The staff was sort of friendly, and the optometrist was knowledgeable. However, the selection in the glasses section was very limited, and then after settling for a pair of Gucci eyeglasses, they were given to me in a cardboard container.I question that there real . All my years wearing glasses and that has never happened. As I'm new to the Chicago area, I'll be finding a better option for my next visit.

The staff was pleasant and courteous. Dr. Tanvi Mago was professional, she explained things well. The environment was neat and clean. I have not received my glasses yet. I am hoping. there are no issues when I receive them in 2 weeks. Review Update: The delivery of my eyeglasses did not go smoothly. Took longer than 2-3 weeks . When I arrived to pick up eyeglasses. I could not see out of them. The staff person measured my lenses and informed me that the lab made a mistake and did not make my glasses to the specifications Eyesociety sent to them. I was told it would take another 2-3 weeks to get correct lenses. The office manager was very apologetic but questioned why I asked for no line bifocals. Actually I did not ask for no line bifocals until it was recommended to me by the staff member. I ended up reordering regular bifocals and received my eyeglasses sooner and they were well made. However, I would not return to EyeSociety in the future. Again the office manager was very apologetic but Ithink I could get smoother service elsewhere

The staff is absolutely incredible and so thorough that it made me switch and drive 90 miles to go to their office all because of someone said I should try them. I've been going there for at least four years now and from the people that run the initial process all the way through to Dr Tanvi Mago and the way that She explains everything and Puts you at ease. Also, when they sit down with you to help you pick out glasses, they are so knowledgeable with the lenses and the frames that they have in stock and what's available. I can only say extremely positive stuff about my experience there and I've sent several people to their facility.
