This is definitely the eyewear shop I'll return to for my next pair. Alice and Jennifer were incredibly patient and attentive with my Lindberg custom order, making sure every detail was handled smoothly. You can truly tell how professional a business is when something goes wrong and how they respond. My first pair arrived with a small imperfection, and without hesitation, they replaced it with a brand-new one. I really appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction, and I'll absolutely be back for my second pair soon.

I walked in without an important in kind of a bad situation. I had stepped on my own glasses! They were really messed up. Alice and the team were wonderful. Fixed me right up and sent me on my way. Highly recommend!

I wanted to personally thank Jennifer of Eyelines for taking care of me last week. I had a retinal emergency and could not get immediate assistance from my doctors. My ophthalmologist "never" returned my call, and my primary doctor gave me some names of ophthalmologists and told me to "call around" to see if I could get any appointment. Then I called Jennifer from Eyelines whom I have buying my eyeglasses for over 30 years. Jennifer understood the severity of my issue and set up an appointment for me with a wonderful retinal specialist within 24 hours. It turns out I had a tear in my retina and had surgery performed immediately. Jennifer's concern and immediate action resulted in me avoiding a retinal detachment. It is very difficult to find individuals who care these days. Jennifer and the staff at Eyelines have always been there for me and are wonderful people.

Where do I begin...I came here in hope of a "hail Mary" fix to my daughter's jacked up glasses before we left for vacation. They don't have replacement parts on stock so I thought I was out of luck, but they scoured for new frames and were able to magically make my daughter's old lenses fit into a new frame they had in stock with only microscopic gaps between the frame and lenses, which I'm guessing bothers him more than me! Not only did they save the day and our vacation, but their store is immaculately clean, staff were super friendly, extremely accommodating, and if that's not enough to convince you to go there, they have a ton of unique frames to choose from too! I had such a great experience there, I made an appointment for an eye exam and can't wait to purchase my "cool mom" glasses! So overall, wonderful experience, phenomenal service, and I can't wait to go back (who says that about an "eye place")! Oh and the scratches on the lenses are from my daughter's "delicate" ways in which she takes care of her glasses! "What ev Mom!"

Great people, I highly recommend them. One of the lenses in my glasses popped out, and I went over to get them fixed. I was in and out in 10 minutes, no hassle, no stress.

Had a mishap with my sunglasses and lost one of the screws. Stopped in and they fixed it on the spot. Super nice people and couldn't have been more accommodating. Thank you!!!

Just wanted to say that this place and team is amazing!!! I called last minute and asked if they were able to repair my Christian Dior sunglasses. One of them had the lenses popped out and the other one was missing a nose bridge thingy. They were able to accommodate me and fix it within less than 10mins. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone that needs their sunglasses repaired.

Truly incredible. Due to a furious ping pong match, my glasses lenses were damaged and needed replacing. They were up to the task and made replacement lenses in the same day! They're also one of the only optical stores with a lab that can cut lenses for high-end frames like "ic! berlin" inhouse! Highly recommended!
