I am very disappointed with this office. First of all some friends of mine who passed away that went here to get glasses were unable to pay off whatever they still owed and these people tried to make me pay off their remaining balance. Not my responsibility. Secondly I brought someone else in and their glasses got screwed up and they won't fix or reduce them. I asked for a receipt for the remaining balance and they refused to give me one. So why should a person pay for their screw up with the glasses. Thirdly when trying to leave a message on the voicemail it states mail box full can't leave messages and the other number to reach in an emergency situation is a total joke. No one returns calls. Another situation is where I went to get a pair of glasses myself and for me to pick what I want they decide you can't have these and give me a pair of glasses I never even wanted. I also believe that when someone runs your insurance they don't and then the client is stuck in paying the full amount. I know places that are like that. Not very happy at all.

OMG , I have never seen this well before and I have worn glasses since I was a kid. Love this office. They are so friendly, yet professional. I love their selection of frames also. They have so many different styles, not just a few in a lot of colors. I highly recommend Dr Fahy.

My family had such high hopes for supporting a neighborhood practice but never have been so disappointed before! The eye examination was very detailed but then it took me nearly a month to finally receive a trial pair of lens which was no where close to the clarity I have had before. Whenever I tried to call during their normal business hours, I could never get through and their voicemail was always full. I even gave them the benefit of the doubt by telling them one day when I did get through to let Margaret know that their voicemail is full. There was no apology or ownership of making things right. Here I am exactly a month from the eye exam with my second pair of trial contacts and I still could not get through to this practice. It is with great disappointment that we let go of the cost of the eye exam with neither a prescription for glasses nor contacts that I could use. I cannot believe that a business would function in this manner! Sadly, even one star is too many for Fahy and Fahy Optometry.

Dr Fahy is a wonderful eye doctor. He explains everything he is doing in detail and shows you diagrams to help explain. He is very knowledgeable and an excellent person. Margaret is super nice and very helpful. I would highly recommend Dr Fahy.

When no one else could, Dr. Fahy was able to align my double vision do to 4th. Cranial nerve damage, perfectly. Over 30 years had been to other eye specialists and only Dr. Fahy got it right!

The best eye doctor in the world. Great staff very ,very nice. They treat you like a good friend and that is how you feel. I feel so blessed that I found this office for my eye care.

My family and I have been patients for years, this a small practice that is friendly, kind and always willing to go the extra mile to provide excellent service. I no longer live in the city, but will travel into the city for an appointment.

What terrible service I encountered at this office. I solely came here from "good reviews " and it wasn't true. Their office is unprofessional and has incompetent workers. I paid in cash and didn't receive good quality service. Stay away if you can, and look elsewhere. It's not worth the frustration or waste of time.
