I had such a wonderful experience at the family eye physicians . From the moment I walked in the girls were very welcoming, and very professional. Dr.Carroll took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the exam and made sure all of my questions were answered. They were patient, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable.
The office is clean, modern, and well organized, and I never felt rushed during my appointment. I left feeling confident about my eye health and excited about my new prescription. I highly recommend Dr.Carroll to anyone looking for a caring and attentive eye doctor!

I'm giving them one star because they charged extra for some services that felt a little weird to get charged for, like registering me in their system. Even though I had insurance, I still paid the same as if I didn't have any. And to top it off, they gave me the wrong measurements for my glasses. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place.

Great location!! Office is clean and the staff there is awesome, very helpful and patient. I would recommend people to go to this location. Also, although we didn't need any glasses it seems like they have a large variety of options. Since it was my sons first time getting his eyes checked, they nurse and doctor made him feel comfortable to the best of their ability.

I came in last week and Liyanne was really nice and helpful to my dad before, during, and after surgery. She is really attentive and provides the upmost care to her patients. She made my dad feel comfortable and took her time; it didn't feel like other offices, who rush just to get people out of their way. I will definitely come back and refer others to come to this location because of her!

My technician, Daniel, was awesome--he was not only skilled but also took the time to explain everything thoroughly, which I really appreciated. I then saw Dr. Carroll, who was also very nice and knowledgeable, making me feel completely at ease throughout the appointment. To top it off, Jay assisted me with selecting a new pair of cute glasses. As someone who's new to the area, I'm so glad I found this practice and will definitely be recommending it to friends and coworkers. Fantastic care all around!
