This practice has fantastic customer care! Hannah has a warm and welcoming demeanor that makes for a very pleasant front desk and testing experience. Dr Drey takes the time to educate you on your prescription and eye care needs. Also, after wearing contacts for 10+ years, this was the first time a doctor requested i make a return visit to ensure my contacts fit well and are achieving 20/20 vision.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. I came in as an urgent care patient. Dr. Drey did a thorough exam, explained his diagnosis and next steps, and even got me an appointment with a specialist the very same day. I'm just so grateful to have found a doctor who truly cares about his patients. A huge thank you to Dr. Drey, and to his staff, who administered some of the tests and did the legwork to get me that quick appointment. The next time I need glasses or an eye exam, I know exactly where I'm going!

I had a good experience overall with this office. Everyone was very friendly, and the staff and provider explained everything clearly throughout the exam. My only disappointment was being charged an unexpected $40 for a retinal exam. I wasn't informed beforehand that this would be an extra cost, and I only wanted a standard eye exam since I've never had any eye issues. At other offices I've always been offered dilation for free, and that wasn't mentioned here. Otherwise, the visit was smooth and professional.
