I've been coming here for my eye exams since I was a little girl, and it has always been such a great experience. The doctor is really nice, and makes you feel comfortable during the exam. The doctor explained everything that he was doing which made me feel more involved and knowledge of the process. The front staff is always helpful and patient. They have a huge selection of glasses and sunglasses, so there's something for everyone. Everything from scheduling to picking out frames is super easy. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a reliable place to get your eyes checked or new glasses!

If I could give 0 stars I would! I called to make an appointment and talked to the owner who i then asked if my insurance was in network which he said yes. I showed up did my eye exam and then was told I had to pay a fee for it only after everything was done was I told my insurance was out of network. Ridiculous!!! I will never come here again and suggest the same for everyone.

Optical is definitely a gem .. I switched a couple years ago and I can't recommend enough. Dr is excellent, thorough and kind . The staff is very lovely and professional. They have a great selection of frames. The owner has an incredible eye , everything he suggested looked great and he listened to what I wanted while steering me to fabulous frames.

This place is near my house and I decided to give it a try since my optometrist at Costco moved elsewhere. I regret ever walking into the place. The doctor made me wait for no good reason and she was so rude. She pushed my head up and down. She talked to me like I was an idiot, She kept repeating herself, therefore it took long. But then didn't fully explain what she should've, I read a sheet of paper before I signed the prescription She was trying to give me and I realize I could actually get blinder with the way she wanted to do my prescription for contacts.
The office staff was nice, but then I realized after asking for my glasses prescription I never received it. I hadn't looked at it since since my experience was so bad and now I have to go back in for it To resend to my insurance company because my name was also written down wrong! It's been about a month and I'm still waiting for my pair of contacts.
I would NOT recommend.

Worst experience! Dr. Was super rude to my kids and i. Not to mentioned the front desk didnt inform me i couldn't take my kids with me and also they only billed for exam not the glasses. When i literally ask before making the appointment. Waited a whole month! For glasses. And nothing was billed. Didnt have the audacity to called me to inform me anything! So unprofessional. In top the assistant (physician) as he refer himself wants to raise his voice trying to be smart about the situation! Get real professional CERTIFIED physicians assistant!
