I recently underwent eye surgery with Dr. Gary S. Lissner for senile ectropion of the left lower eyelid, eyelid laxity, and keratoconjunctivitis. He is a perfectionist in every sense of the word, and it shows in every aspect of his work. Dr. Lissner took the time to clearly explain the diagnosis, treatment plan, and what to expect during recovery. Dr. Lissner is past his prime and should consider phasing out of his position. He will waste your time and try to bill at any chance possible.
