Dr. Phu was extremely rude and arrogant during my eye appointment. Compared to other optometrists that I have seen in the past, she had absolutely no bedside manners which was quickly apparent during the exam. I would give this optometrist a zero star rating if I could. Would not recommend.

She made incorrect prescription and was still trying to make me this it was normal. This is not my first year wearing glasses and I definitely know when something is off. In addition to that she was very rude, I had extremely unpleasant experience. She is simply unprofessional and I do not recommend her at all.
