Guy with clear glasses at the desk was nice. The wait was absolutely atrocious. No communication between the doctor and the woman who did my preliminary stuff. Answered all the same questions twice. Majority of my time was spent waiting despite it very clearly not being busy. My appointment as at 11, I arrived around 15 minutes early to check in, and I did not see a doctor until nearly noon. At the end of the appointment the doctor told me to wait out front and never came back, and then someone else had to tell me it was okay to leave. They had me waiting in the lobby with dilated eyes for around a half hour. Go someone else.

This is the best eye doctor ever! They are super professional, so caring and really come through for their patience. The whole staff is amazing and especially Dr. Naz Rivi. She always goes out of her way to answer all my questions in a thorough way. She also suggested the best contacts ever and has had a huge impact on my eye care!!!! I highly recommend this place!

Absolutely love my glasses! First time at VZN had an amazing experience. From the moment I walked in, the girl that greeted me and took my temperature was very friendly. The doctor was knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions. I usually have a hard time finding a frame but the optician was kind enough to make suggestions. Thank you ladies for making this my best doctor visit yet! Definitely returning next year. Can't wait to see what new frames you have next year!

Had a really good experience here, and I plan to keep coming as long as my insurance will agree. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. Staff was knowledgeable and had great suggestions for glasses, but didn't push me to buy right away, or buy super pricy frames (which I've experienced at other places). Everyone wore masks and kept distance as much as possible, the registration process was easy (even super last-minute... 12/30, thank you!), and the dr. talked me through all of my results, gave suggestions for my next pair of glasses, and gave me an appropriate dose for the dilation drops (I have light eyes and the normal dose has everything blurry for AGES).

Super friendly staff. The eye doctor took time to identify the details of my prescription. I look forward to get my new glasses with lenses that are particularly chosen for my conditions. Thank you for taking good care of me.

Dr C is the best doc I've been to, she is very professional, helpful, listens and knowledgeable (confirmed by the specialist she referred me to, who said the holes could have been missed because of where they are, and she found them because she knows her stuff). The rest of the staff here were also amazing and courteous. It was absolutely a positive experience and I appreciate the care received:

The doctor is very good and caring but they don't have enough staff so I was trying to order my glasses and kept getting interrupted because the ph was ringing or people coming into the store. The glasses supposed to be done between 2 to 3 weeks, that's what I was told when I ordered them. Called today and I was told 3 to 4 weeks. I regret going to this place.

My experience at VZN was excellent. Dr. Rizvi, Anthony, the optician, and Kailyn, at the front desk, were all very friendly and helpful. Each one took time to answer my questions. I was happy with the selection and price of the eyeglass frames, which met my insurance benefit limit. Update: I received my new glasses within a week and a half, and I am very happy with them. I will be returning to VZN next year.
