Time to modernize his office. I have been going to here for over 25 yrs. They are still just as amazing as the day that I first walked through their doors. They do not disappoint and prices are very reasonable. I recommend.

I've been going here for decades. Prices are reasonable and staff is wonderful!

I was told 1 week to receive my glasses. I've been calling for 2 weeks now and all of a sudden the information that I'm given has changed. Oh it's 7-10 business days! They were holly jolly as I paid cash for my glasses but as I'm calling to check if they're ready per the information given by them they are very nasty! Please stop misinforming us and give us the actual timeframe in which we would have to wait and we wouldn't have to keep calling in! Very unprofessional!

I'm been going here for years 1992 love to staff and a doctor they Always been polite to me and to my family nice and respectful. Yes, he do need a new office or to upgrade to a modern eye doctor office

This place can be a hit or miss. I'm shot is still for business.

This place was good, the staff was okay. Dr Herro did his job. I never had a problem but if you are disrespectful they will not service you, plus they accept walk-ins daily. They don't accept appointments I never received a letter letting me know when my glasses or my children arrived. I understand the place is short-staffed. Nor a call

My daughter came in as a walk-in around ending of August 2023. Her appointment went fine, they told her & her grandmother that it would take 4-6 weeks to get glasses. A month goes past I've called to check the status of her glasses, witch I was told they were in the lab being made still. Okay. Called again to check I was told the same thing, also to be patient so to them being a little behind. Okay fine . Now 2 months go by I'm told the same thing, and may I mention how rude they are over the phone! December comes still in hearing the same thang with no but if cate or regency to try and check on them. Currently it is may 2nd of 2024 a lot of time there cadence was not acceptable for them talking to me who is a adult. I'm a beyond upset and will be emailing the board. My daughter has been waiting a long time and more than anything the cadence I've been show incredibly horrible. Now today on may 2 I was told when a young lady comes in she would give me a call so she can mail the glasses have not received one! I guess they'll get to me when it convenient for them if I am not contacted in a timely matter after all the time we have waited and even just moved to another state ! I will definitely be putting in a email to the state about this practice. Not once has anyone said sorry or acted if they cared. Horrible!

I've been a patient of the Hereona since I was twelve. I am now In my 40s and this establishment is the only one that's been able to accommodate and have same day service. The prices you can't beat and the service has always been accommodating.
