I've been buying glasses and home goods from ID for 15 years. Every time I get a new pair of glasses, I get continuous comments about how great they look. Anthony and Steven take as much time as you need to make sure you get just the perfect thing, whether it's glasses, home goods, you name it. I can often find gifts for several people on my holiday list there - makes the holiday shopping much easier. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend the store.

This is truly one of the finest stores in the country - not just what it offers, but for how it makes you feel. The owners bring remarkable expertise and authentic passion to everything they do. They don't see, but they rather listen and advise, they help you to discover exactly what you need, turning every visit into a memorable experience. They personalized approach you get in ID store sets this place apart.

Dr. Solanki is very attentive and knowledgeable. Her staff is nice but unfortunately, not very responsive. Calling for contacts or prescriptions is difficult because no one ever answers the phone or follows up. Although the doctor is good, the customer service has lacked severely over the years.

Hey ID! I've called and emailed several times trying to get my prescription information from you and I haven't heard back. I hoping someone will see this and contact me - happy to delete it at that point, just trying to get someone's attention and avoid visiting your store in person to get the info I need.

Love the selection and love that Steven and Tony are so hospitable, knowledgeable and have fantastic taste. I'm obsessed with eyewear since they turned me on to my first pair of Kirk and Kirk. And Pandora's box was opened - in a good way. They have such stylish and playful frames. Thanks for taking your time in presentation and love stopping in and taking a peak!

The Owners are Superb! I ordered three pairs of Fabulous Glasses and lenses and the whole experience was wonderful, easy, informative and caring. ID Chicago has the latest styles with an international reach and great pricing. I am so impressed with their outstanding customer service and timely responses to every question or concern. My husband and I have been going to iD Chicago for the past three years eye exams and glasses. The eye ware collections the carry are amazing, for men and women.
