It was my best eye exam experience, and it was so unexpected. Thank you to the entire crew at Illinois Retina Associates. From the front desk to the lady who did my visual acuity test, what a warm personality she has. I'm sure it's her responsibility to make you relax, and what a great job she did. Dr. Shepard is so straight to the point and yet gentle, I appreciate that. I went to my appointment on my lunch break with expectations of being gone for at least a few hours, but I was only gone for an hour. I am looking forward to my next visit in May. Thanks to all of you, from the medical receptionist desk to the patient care team. Great Team

I can't say enough good things about Illinois Retina Associates as a group and Dr. Sheperd specifically. For the past year, they have diagnosed and treated a series of retinal tears and detachments in both my eyes. Their expertise, professionalism and compassion gave me the confidence to deal with a very unpleasant circumstance. Dr. Shepard performed both vitrectomies and made sure that both had the best possible outcomes. She is both a skilled surgeon and a great communicator. I always felt that I was in the best hands.

Had a wonderful experience there first time there be welcomed me at the front desk they was very nice and polite very hospitality the doctor was right on point she told me everything that was done on my eyes and she gave me her opinion and I appreciate it everything that my old doctor was doing she said it was good so I think I'm just going to stick with the old doctor because I just didn't get any education on what was going on but I think if things go south I would love to come back to this office and recommend people to come here because it was a very good experience thank you guys and have a nice day
