Dr. Cohen is one of the few doctors out there that really cares about their patients. He is one in a million. I have been a patient with Dr. Cohen since 2011 and he continues my health care plan.
He is the most kind, compassionate, caring doctor you will ever meet. I am blessed to have him as my doctor. He is professional and very knowledgeable in his field. I trust him fully with my health care plan.

If you are in need of a retina specialist especially if you have retina cancer like I do, I highly recommend him. I saw 4 other retina specialist before seeing Dr. Cohen, and he was the only one who would take me as a patient. The others turned me away.

Jack Cohen, FACS, MD, is a nationally recognized expert in the medical and surgical treatment of vitreoretinal disease and injury. He has special interest in treating macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and retinopathy of prematurity. What more, Dr. Cohen is one of only a handful of retina specialists in the United States who has expertise in ocular oncology. In addition to his busy medical practice with Illinois Retina Associates, Dr. Cohen is Residency Program Director for the Department of Ophthalmology at Rush University Medical Center, where he also serves as Director of Ocular Oncology and as Associate Professor of Ophthalmology.
