I've been seeing Dr. Kajita for many years and could not recommend his practice more highly. Dr. Kajita is incredibly friendly and always makes you feel very well taken care of. The quality of frames he offers is excellent and the administrative side of things seems to be handled very well.

I am a new patient. Dr. Kajita was VERY thorough with the exam and knowledgeable. All the optometrists I have seen in the past would complete the exam, let me know my prescription, and then send me off to choose a new pair of eyeglasses before reviewing my coverage. I always ended up paying $200+ and have ended up with oversized frames that didn't fit my face (but looked nice) or slid down my nose all the time due to the optometrist rushing to see the next patient or trying to make a profit off the expensive eyewear. Your doctor should review the type of frame that fits your face and / or recommend a frame per the usage needed per your prescription. After the eye exam, Dr. Kajita reviewed my insurance coverage with me and told me to stay within my budget and not to select $300+ brand name frames. He recommended a light frame since I will only use them when reading / behind the computer. The office is outdated and could use bright-colored paint (my first impression) but don't let that fool you. You'll receive high-quality care here, and the staff is friendly. They have a small section of eyewear, but I am sure you will find something you like. I prefer a small variety because I get overwhelmed when there are too many options, and it takes even longer to decide. I am so happy that I choose him as my doctor. Excellent care, knowledge, experience, attention to detail, close to transportation, great hours, and frame selection. Thank you, doc!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Kajita was exceptionally pleasant and thorough. Helped me to understand my insurance benefits and options, and provided me with the option of order trial lenses before committing to a year's supply.

Dr Steven is an amazing doctor. He's very thorough and thoughtful in his examination. I've never been happy with the way contact lenses fit my eyes until he selected the perfect lenses for me based on the shape and dimensions of my eyes.

So thorough, friendly, accommodating, and really takes the time to answer all your questions. Helps you with any and all insurance questions. I would recommend Dr. Kajita to anyone!
