I've been going here since I was a little girl with my mom and still get my glasses from here

I grew up in this area and I've been coming here since I was a little kid. They're very friendly and get you in and out never had a problem with waiting. Getting contact lens from here are hands down the most affordable place to get them at. I believe it was $40 for exam and $100 for a year supply!

My daughter has been going here for 2 to 3 years, and every time I go I promise I get the best service. The staff is very nice and helpful. Their prices are very reasonable and the will work with you on your payments. Anytime someone ask me about an eye doctor or a place to get glasses I always recommend them to go here.

Dr Kluss has seen my family for years, he was my eye Dr as a kid. He really knows his stuff, the appointments are fast but so precise! The staff is always helpful and respectful and the prices and selection are excellent.

The good reviews have to be fake. They are rude, and everyone working there is ghetto. The doctor along with his employees made my girlfriend and I (both women btw) stand outside on the corner, locked the door in our faces, while his employees made our transaction for new frames. We couldn't believe that they did this to us so we stated nicely to them that we felt it was wrong to treat us like criminals. They all ANGRILY told us that we are lucky that they did us a favor to make our transition (which took about five minutes) because they closed a couple minutes earlier. We were thankful to them as we expressed, but to lock the doors in our faces (when we're spending our money) felt so demeaning. Just imagine how this made us feel as patients/customers. I'd advice you not to go here unless you want to be treated like you're a second class citizen.

The Doctor was nice...they took my Insurance for the eye exam...but they are unorganized...they have your glasses in a drawer...like a junk drawer...the first time i went they could not find my glasses...when i went the second time... I had been trying to contact them for weeks no answer, i never got a call stating my glasses were ready...and because i had my own frames they wanted to give me a cheap eye glass case like you put your sunglasses in...that prescription was not free or cheap so i should have been given a hard case...i left it right there. It's in the neighborhood...but i do not know...they just look unorganized. They need a better filing system you shouuld not have to wait while they fumble through a junk drawer looking for your glasses.

Best place in my opinion to receive eye care. He will have you in and out and the service over there is premium. I have been to multiple places to receive eye care and nothing else can compare. Though small in size, the service is not.

I have been going here since i had to where glasses and i was 16 and now i am 47 years old and my children also is a client there i have got nothing but friendly help and my doctor is insane. Love it there.
