Lawndale Christian Health Center Eye Clinic

i came to my appointment ON TIME at 2:00pm and it's now 2:44pm and i'm still just sitting here... like what are y'all doing, building the glasses from scratch?? growing the lenses in a lab??? no urgency, no updates, just vibes and wasted time. if you value your time even a little bit, i'd look somewhere else. the office is cute but baby, i didn't come here for the aesthetic, i came to see. and guess what? all i see is the clock ticking.

The reason I put one star was because the 2 receptionist were laughing and looking at me and when I would turn around to pick more glasses they would laugh. Is funny how they think I didn't notice. I know one of them I forgot her name and it's funny because she is a pastor's daughter and the worst thing she acts so immature because why would you laugh and make fun of someone? What kind of Christian is she? Is funny because she is married and have children and acts so immature. I am glad I didn't speak up because if I did I would've explode. The other reason I put 1 star is because they take too long. I waited an hour and had to wait 5-10 minutes to see the doctor. Lastly, they told me that the glasses would take long to have them that I would have to wait 3 to 6 months to get the glasses and maybe even in a year. Like really? I just hope I don't have to wait a year just to get the glasses... The doctor and the student doctor and the other staff were really nice though but those 2 receptionist they were not.

First of all, the doctors and interns are excellent and a credit to their profession! Now I have to express my extreme disappointment, disgust and irritation with most of the receptionists including the inattentive/under-skilled manager, these unpleasant people should not be in positions where they have to interact with human beings

The eye doctor at this clinic is not available, I believe they are short staff, they change your appointment date at the last minute, and thinking that you can drop what you are or have to do. People do work and have to setup date and time on there job for the appointment.I haven't even seen a eye doctor there at this clinic. While that's it for me. Lawndale Christian is a mess big time.

I really appreciate who shared their experience with this location, Just by reading these reviews made me decide to take my business elsewhere, I definitely wouldn't want to enter an establishment and you have the receptionist and others laughing at me nor am I going to be waiting as long as up to a year for to get some glasses it will be time for another eye exam...

Dr. Lang has always been professional, friendly and relatable. She's very thorough. I consider her and this office THE best.

Worst clinic ever..been 4 months to receive my sons glasses and still no answer.But the clinic charged the insurance two weeks after I took him in.Staff is unprofessional never answer the phone.Their response is "we are short on staff" Won't be going back at all.The girls at the front desk should really pick up the phone instead of letting it ring all day.
