Such a wonderful and pleasant experience. Daniel aka the Glasses Whisper found the most perfect frames for me. They're gorgeous. Maria helped with my exam and answered all 101 of my questions. Dr Brill hooked me up with my first pair of progressive lens and was very patient with all my questions. Hugo, in the front was very helpful and knowledgeable. He hooked me up with all the goodies in my glasses (transitions, blue light, smudge proof). Class A service!!!

Dr. Vahidy was amazing! I'm new to this process as I've never had glasses before. I also have some related health concerns that she took time to discuss with me. She explained things in a way that was easy to follow, and she seemed very thorough and honest. Very grateful and highly recommend!
Then, when I went to pick out my first ever frames, Sarkis was also so amazing and helpful! I loved the first frames he suggested for me. I probably browsed for over an hour trying to decide, and I ended up choosing that very first pair, which I don't think has ever happened to me in any shopping situation ever! The gentleman behind the desk when we arrived was also so hospitable and patient as we filled out our forms, but I didn't catch his name. This was a great experience all around, so many thanks to them! I'm excited for my new glasses!

I had a very frustrating experience at the Clark Street LensCrafters. I had a 3:00 PM appointment and called ahead to let them know I was running a little late. The person on the phone told me that since I was the last customer of the day, if I was more than 10 minutes late I would have to reschedule.
I rushed to get there as quickly as possible and arrived at 3:11 PM, literally one minute past their cutoff. Despite the fact that I had called ahead and made the effort to get there as quickly as I could, they refused to see me and told me I had to reschedule.
It was extremely disappointing to be turned away over one minute, especially after communicating with them and hurrying to make the appointment. This felt unnecessarily rigid and not very customer-friendly.
Because of this experience, I will not be coming back to this location.
