Best glasses adjustment experience of my entire life and I have had glasses for 20 years! The Google reviews I read were all so spot on-April was truly so kind and clearly a seasoned expert. She listened and helped me adjust my glasses to suit my sensory preferences and small face. As a fellow glasses girlie with a complex prescription, she really GOT it! I felt like I was really welcomed even though I didn't get my frames there, and I know I can come back anytime for minor tweaks. I plan on returning here for any future glasses needs :)

Very disappointing experience at this LensCrafters location.
I ordered two boxes of contact lenses from this store. The left eye lenses are perfectly fine, but every single lens from the right-eye box causes a strong foreign body sensation and is unwearable. This is clearly a defective box, not a prescription or eye issue. I had a free trial with the same prescription and brand with no problems, and I later purchased a different brand for my right eye which is completely comfortable.
When I went to the store for help, I was told they could not do a return or exchange simply because the box had been opened, even though this is a product quality issue, not a change-of-mind return.
The only "solution" offered was a 15-day free trial, which is completely unreasonable because I purchased a 90-day supply box. A short trial does not solve the actual problem or compensate for a defective product.
There is no way to detect defective contact lenses without opening and trying them, and the lack of proper support or accountability was very frustrating.
I expected much better customer service and responsibility from LensCrafters.

I came here for my annual eye exam and the doctor was great -- thorough, kind, and explained everything clearly. Unfortunately, my experience with the sales process was disappointing. The salesperson, Dean, added additional features to my glasses order without explaining them to me and without them being recommended by the doctor, which increased my total by about $150. I also had to be the one to bring up transitions lenses, even though my old glasses had them.
I waited about two weeks for my glasses, and when I picked them up, the lenses felt strange. Only then did the new sales associate and I realize that extra add-ons had been applied to my lenses from the original order. The new associate was very helpful, checked with the doctor, confirmed they weren't needed, refunded the $150, and resubmitted the order -- but that meant waiting another week.
Overall, great doctor, but the lack of transparency during the sales portion made the experience frustrating and costly, and significantly delayed me getting my glasses.
