Truly the best hospitality I've ever received at an optical shop. 10/10 recommend! I had a wonderful experience getting my eye exam and picking out new frames today. From the moment I walked in, Nunu welcomed me with such warmth and humor, making me feel right at home. Jonathan, the assistant manager, was incredibly gracious and greeted me with a huge smile. I was feeling pretty indecisive about which frames to choose, but Connor and Nunu made it their priority to find exactly what I was looking for. Once I described my style, they narrowed down the best options for me. The level of hospitality here is unmatched. I left with a massive smile on my face--I'll definitely be coming back for all my future eyewear needs

The staff here is SO kind. I had to come for some revisions to my prescription and they were very patient. There was a bit of an error with getting my updated frames but they made the process for correcting this as smooth as possible and made it very stress-free. I will definitely keep coming back, as the front desk staff was such an integral part of making this a great environment.

Very nice staff, Connor helped me fix my glasses after they got ran over by a car! Got them fix in no time flat, cleaned them for me, and even helped me find my new frame when my insurance refreshes in a couple of weeks!!! Super knowledgeable and efficient staff!!

I have coming to this LensCrafters location for 4 plus years. During those annual visits for an eye exam and glasses, I have been reasonably happy with the services they have provided. All this changed today. My appointment was for 11am. I arrive a little early and was told there was one person ahead of me - which seemed reasonable. After waiting patiently for nearly an hour with no one offering any explanation (not to mention any kind of apology) I approached the person behind the front desk. His only response was "do you want to make another appointment?" My answer was no. I will not be returning.
