Lincoln Square Eyecare: Mariam Ethezaz, OD

Having just had my first appointment today at Lincoln Square Eyecare I couldn't be more satisfied. The staff (Gabby?) Were so great in reaching out with reminders in the days leading up to the appointment and with answering questions I had. Additionally, they were helpful in not only pinpointing the type of care I required but also in setting me up with a path for further potential treatment for my not-so-great eye. Dr.Ethezaz was patient, helpful, professional and very thorough in her examination. I've worn corrective lenses for 30 years and I can't say I've ever walked out of an optometrist/ophthalmologist office this content and honestly grateful. A couple of suggestions, however. I know gas is expensive and its 0 degrees out but maybe turn the heat up a little and also the office could use a little more flare, pizzaz interior decoration-wise, but that's all. Great office and great staff, check them out.

I was told by my insurance to come here and I really wish I explored other places instead. When I arrived the receptionist was nice. The rest of the experience was awful and I would not recommend anyone coming here. The machines were not conducive to all body types so it was very uncomfortable. The doctor was extremely cut offish and passive aggressive. She asked if I had any questions and before I could finish my first word she immediately cut me off as if for her I took too long to answer. She then told me where to sit in the waiting area as if it really mattered. I understand quick service but this was not that. This felt hurried, uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I highly recommend you go elsewhere. And before she comes in here to gaslight me as she did in an older review I said what I said.

Extremely kind staff and Doctor. Everyone is extremely nice, polite, patient, etc; and the entire experience/process was seamless & stress-free. I am very pleased with this place. This will be my new eye doctor! 5/5

Everyone at Dr. Ethezaz's office is great! My appointments with the doctor went well... she explained everything well and went over the results clearly. Dr. Ethezaz is the first optometrist or ophthalmologist that I've seen that I felt was invested in my ongoing eyecare instead of just a yearly appointment. I highly recommend!

We had an excellent experience at Lincoln Square Eye Center! The customer service was outstanding, and the clinic is clean, modern, and equipped with great technology. Dr. Ethezaz was so kind and friendly with my kids. She took the time to examine them very thoroughly. We truly felt cared for and well looked after. We'll definitely be coming back next year.
