Clear and constant communications provided to keep me updated on status of the order, the sunglasses were ordered from the manufacture and then packed with care and promptly delivered via Fedex; outstanding services. Liv and LE will now be my goto to get those hard to get super quality handmade made in Japan's sunglasses.

Being a loyal customer, I have ordered several pairs of glasses from their store, and I've consistently received the highest quality products. This is the first time I do business with this shop and as I live in Saudi Arabia there was not much that could guarantee me whether this shop was a scam or whether the glasses were original or fake. The only thing that assured me that this shop is for real was the reviews! After having ordered these Matsuda M3023 glasses I can tell you all that not only these were original glasses. The shipping was free and it was through FedEx priority international and free of charge! Low and behold I receive the shipment a whole week earlier than the scheduled time. These guys are the absolute best and I would recommend this shop to anyone who will ever ask me. The attention they give to their customers and the very little things like the thank you letter or the napkin just made my day and I only hope that they maintain providing the same quality of service no matter whatever happens around them

I seldom leave reviews, I work professionally in e-commerce and rarely am I ever impressed with an online order unboxing experience or shopping experience for that matter. Personally I am addicted to Mykita frames, they are super high quality and personally have lasted me many years with every pair I have owned. My beloved Mylon Jupiters temple piece broke, a dear friend of mine put me in touch with Josh directly, called him on the phone, and within 20 minutes he was able to order me some replacement temples for my Mykita Jupiters that were discontinued but with his experience was able to special order me temple pieces direct from Germany from another frame style that should be a comparable replacement on my Jupiters. Additionally, I had been eyeing a new pair of Mykita's, the Merrick, which Luxury Eye Site had in stock, and was able to get in the mail ASAP for me so I could get some new lenses in them while I await the temple pieces to come in from Germany. I received in the mail within 48 hours of talking with Josh, signed for the package, and just unboxed, and let me tell you, to anyone who is still reading this review, wow! All the swag that came in the box was awesome, packed like a 1st class pro! I felt the love and appreciation for my business shopping from Luxury Eye Site. The greatest experience I have ever had getting glasses. I have very specific issues with my eyes, and I must wear prescription sunglasses at all times. This facility is literally the most fashionable, with phenomenal quality and service, compared to any other glasses co. on the market. you'll never find many of the brands anywhere else. The experience itself is amazing! Shout out to Josh and Daisy! Amazing team! Their ability to cater to your needs, is part of what makes them amazing! They also have brands that no one else out there has (Dita, Matsuda etc.). It is the only store that carries high-end Japanese companies, which are not related to Mass manufacturing, in the Chicagoland area. There is only a few in the entire country as it is. It was an honor to sit with Josh from start to completion (about 1 month). He has made and created specific sunglasses for so many people, and remains SUPER HUMBLE, even though he's the best out there. If you're looking for something unique, want the best quality out there, without having some brand name flashing in other people's faces, this is the place to go! If you want/need care to detail, catering to your every need, having specific things done to ensure that you have everything you need and want, then this is the place to go! Wow! my highest compliments to "Luxury Eyesight". They went way beyond the call of duty to find my new Matsuda sunglasses. It was discontinued in Matsuda website but I reached to Josh and he told me that they still have one left in Japan. He kept me informed of the status of the shipment.....just be patient if the shipping comes a little late.....we are still in the pandemic era and also all the bad things happening right now. I got my glasses today.....they come in the box....it feels like Christmas comes early.
