I had an appointment for my two children at 11:45 only to find out that they don't open until 12. I waited until 12:15 and no one was there so I called and spoke to the main office to then find out there was no doctor available. The medical receptionist that made the appointment wasn't the friendliest and should've known that I wouldn't have been able to see the doctor on the given date of the appointment. I never even received a phone call regarding the fact that I'd have to reschedule since no one was available to see me. This clinic is very unprofessional, taking my businesses elsewhere.
