Dr Nista is such a excellent Eye Dr. and his team. He is very thorough and professional during your eye exams and visit with top quality eye equipment. I am completely satisfied at our visits and always look forward for returning every year.

This is a great place I recommend to anyone in the area. The office workers are great and handle everything perfectly, they answer calls fast and get you scheduled in right away. The doctors are very professional and take their time with each and every client while still being timely enough to take care of everyone else in a timely fashion. I did call awhile back and received no message or call back but that ended up getting taken care of swiftly as well and could have been phone connection on my end! Highly recommend!

Customer service is excellent The staff actually care about your vision. The eye doctor is so knowledgeable and he takes his time with your exam. And he doesn't rush the time spent. The place is nice and clean. I would recommend this place to everyone one.

Dr. Nista and the staff are wonderful. They are thorough and professional in examining your eyes. Dr. Nista puts in the "extra" work to make certain each patient is satisfied with their corrective lenses or glasses. The consistent kindness & friendliness always makes the visit pleasant.

After many years it comes to customer service. I called and got the answering machine, I left a message. No response the following day so I decided to go just to be told it was my fault for the glasses being scratched. But I've had many pairs of glasses with the polycarbonate coating, safety glasses included, with them and never had problems. I believe the glasses weren't protected. But all I got was a no. I don't think that young lady realizes that she is the representative for Mt. Greenwood Eye Care and that how she treats a customer goes a long way. Now they have one less customer and someone to refer customers away. Mr.Clodfelter it's not your fault, I like you and your professionalism. Thank you.

They are very friendly, helpful, and energetic. Eager to help and save you money. They carry many inexpensive frames and some higherend. They are more than happy to help you find what ever frames you need even if ordered. My rayban frames and glasses were 300 dollars less with them than other places. They have most new technology and Dr Nista still uses the tried and proven ways of yesteryear. They are simply wonderful. They also take all kinds of different insurance.

What can I say hands down the best eye doctor in the city of Chicago and the state of Illinois I have fallen in love with the whole staff very professional very knowledgeable, your exam is thorough and you couldn't ask for a more complete exam you will come out of this office knowing more than what the eyes are to see I'm so thankful that my friend Joyce Daniels referred me!!! Take care of your eye health it's very important don't take good for granted.

It was my first time seeing Dr. Nista and he told me that I had degenerative eye disease. Then he said that maybe he did not set the settings right and why don't I come back another time to get it rechecked. Then he increased my prescription from 5.25 to 6.50... it had only been 18 months since I had been to the eye doctor. Once I was using the increased prescription I no longer could see things close up. So, I went for a second opinion. My eyes are perfectly healthy, no eye disease of any sort. And, they decreased the prescription back down to 5.25 and I can see perfectly far away and close up. Also, Dr. Nista's equipment appeared very dated and they got my insurance benefits wrong.
