I went in for an eye exam and contact exam, and left very pleased! The woman at the front desk was kind, sweet, and welcoming, just like everyone else in the establishment. The doctor was very kind & answered all my questions to my fullest understanding. I had plenty of questions to ask, so I am grateful he was able to teach me so much about my eye! I received a free sample of monthly contacts that I was so grateful for. The woman who helped me pick out my glasses was super helpful! I left with a lovely goodie bag of free sunglasses and boxes of contact solution and cleaner. She helped me find a deal with my contacts and made sure I paid the least amount of money with my insurance and promos the clinic had. The only thing I can say is I wish I knew I would have to pay for my contact exam out of pocket, which was pretty pricey at $112. However that might vary depending on your insurance. Overall I left very satisfied & happy! I now have my annual supply of contacts and a new pair of glasses to my liking. Would recommend to anyone who is in search of a kind and understanding optical clinic.

I had a wonderful experience getting an eye exam and frames at MyEyeDr. last weekend. Valentina was our sales Associate that day, from the beginning the appointment making process was fairly easy, our appointment was on time, and we had a fun time trying out different frames from their large selection. My daughter and I each picked out frames after trying on about half of their inventory. Valentina was patient and helped answer all of our questions along the way, I highly recommend asking for her when booking your appointment.

From the moment you walk in until the end of your visit, the entire staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely involved in making sure you have a great experience. Amarilly is an absolute gem when it comes to helping you find your style and feel confident choosing frames. She makes sure you're comfortable throughout the process, gently encourages you to step outside your comfort zone, and patiently listens to your feedback. Her kindness and care really stand out. Valentina and Jocelyn are the best -- efficient, professional, and incredibly caring. They make you feel right at home and ensure everything runs smoothly and on time. Dr. Stallbaumer brings an upbeat, friendly energy that transforms a routine eye appointment into a pleasant experience. He's knowledgeable, approachable, and takes the time to make you feel at ease. 10/10 -- highly recommend!

I love this place!! They are so professional!! Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable! Also appreciate Amaryllis so much! Her patience exemplifies An Angel. She goes over the invoice, different plans. You have to love and appreciate the assistance in this day and age.

I really love My eye doctor visit 1130 w Madison street. Valentina and jocelyne they were very helpful, nice, respectful and patient with myself and my son. Love the visit and them! 10 out of 10 recommend it. Thanks guys love our new meta prescription glasses.

Eye doctor during exams act very weird. U will see. The staff are very unprofessional. Order glasses months ago came to pick them up and they can't find them . Un satisfied and changed to Pearl vision where everything is in order. Been a customer for 5 yrs and today it's ended as a black girl walking in a white establishment they not gonna go the extra mile to make sure customer service was met. SMH

I've been coming here for a few years and it's always a great experience. The whole team is friendly, knowledgeable and Dr. Staullbaumer has always made me feel super comfortable.

I had such a great experience here! Valentina was so awesome and had such great energy. This was my first time getting contacts and Dr. Jacob was great at explaining everything to me.
