I had a great experience here - after several issues with my insurance I ended up paying out of pocket because I couldn't get a different appointment anytime soon, and this group took care of me with self pay discounts. I actually....kind of had fun at the eye doctor!? They will price match costs of contact lenses online (for example, 1-800-Contacts) which was also great.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I had a negative experience at almost every step of the way with this practice. I made my appointment on line, received an email confirmation and came on time, only to be told that there was a glitch with their system and they didn't have any record of my appointment. So I had to make another appointment and come back a different day. At my appointment I was given a trial pair of contacts, but was never told that if I wanted to make changes I had to do so within a certain number of days. When I asked to try something different was told I was out of luck and nothing they could do to help,. even though they never informed me about the time limit. The woman who helped me pick out my glasses was the only exception to the terrible customer service I have experienced, she was patient and very helpful. But she was only there that one time, every other time I have seen other people who consistently treat me as if I am causing them an inconvenience. When I ordered the pair of glasses, they told me they would notify me as soon as they came in through their automated system. When I didn't hear back I called to check, they they treated me like I was a nuisance and again said they would contact me when they arrived. Called again several days later and was told they had arrived days ago and that their automated system must have malfunctioned. I have spoken with this office several times via phone and email, and also completed their customer service survey and had hoped someone would reach out to try to rectify this situation, but they have no interest in keeping my business. Will never return, would recommend to take your business elsewhere.

It's a bland experience. The doctor is cold and has zero desire to connect with the patients. Also, the puff of air in the eye that we all hate, that's an add on cost at this place. I've never paid extra for that before. The associates in the store are friendly, but seem a bit off on ability to complete tasks properly. I needed to pick up my prescription from here and they left key information off the form, so I needed to contact them once again. No one was horrible, but it should be much better if they want people to return.

Very Clean & well-organized. When I found myself running late due to L fun, they were flexible & understanding. Everyone was very kind. Monica was the individual I interacted with the most, and she was amazing. Very polite and clear on the phone, and then she was SO helpful when she helped me pick out new frames! Very happy with the service!

I was quoted $75 dollars over the phone for an appointment for contacts and took an appointment that same day. I mentioned that I had called earlier too. Appointment was quick but the Dr. was rude, like she was mad that I took that last minute booking. After all that my bill came out to $179.75! Not one charge on my bill was $75 so I don't know where she got that number from. They said they're sorry but that was the cost. I payed it, and felt like an idiot the rest of the day. There was an eye doctor across the street that quoted me $100. I reached out to the company to complain and I've heard nothing back. Poor service and I walked out paying well more than double of what I was quoted by them only an hour before. Don't go here, there are a lot of better options close by.

The cost of the glasses is a bit much but I can see well now and they were very nice
