Second time coming here for my eye exam and it was a great visit once again! Dr. Wilson was great and friendly! The front desk ladies are super welcoming and helpful!! I recommend!

Dr. Wilson is direct, efficient and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and made me feel confident in my care plan. The staff and technicians are helpful and kind. Great experience!

Poor communication, billing errors, and no accountability - avoid this location! * Not told to bring my own contacts - given the wrong type. * Painful experience removing monthly contacts. * Billed to medical instead of eye insurance - hours wasted fixing. * Staff denied mistakes and offered no apology. I don't usually leave 1-star reviews, but this experience was distressing enough that I feel it's important to share. On Sept 3, 2025, I came in for my annual exam and contact lens fitting. No one told me to bring my own contacts, so the doctor gave me monthly lenses to try--even after I said I only wear weekly. These were much thicker, and I spent hours in distress trying to get them out. No warning, no guidance, no apology. On Sept 23, 2025, I discovered they billed my medical insurance instead of my vision insurance (something that's never happened in 20 years of exams elsewhere). Both insurance companies had to call the office to sort it out. When I returned that day, staff insisted I owed an extra $30. No one admitted error, no apology was made for the billing mess, and the doctor offered nothing when I told her about the painful contact experience. Again, no apology from staff or the doctor. Overall, I left disappointed, frustrated, and without confidence in this practice. I will not be returning here for my eye care.

Walk ins are welcomed so their sign states. I came in for an appointment I already had with one child and wanted to take advantage for my other child to be seen and the receptionist said they were fully booked for the rest of the day. I mentioned the sign they have in their front door and she said , "yeah, only if we don't have a full schedule already" I've been sitting in the waiting room for 45 minutes and not one patient showed up. I got up and asked again and when I asked the same receptionist another one jumped in the conversation and said their 4pm cancelled last minute, time now 4:17pm. (How does someone cancel their 4 o'clock appointment at 4:17pm?) I've never heard of that. Customer service not the best at this place (except Susie) and Walk ins are not welcomed after all, we will not be coming back to this place .

Everyone here is super friendly and helpful! I've been coming here for over a year now and it's always a pleasant experience, from the front desk to the Doctors!

If I could give a lower rating, I would. I bought $700 Tom Ford glasses over a year ago. The arm broke (the hinge came off the frame). I was told they do not conduct this kind of repair, and that I should buy a new pair of glasses. That is unacceptable for glasses that are so expensive and under warranty. I will never buy glasses here nor do business with this place again.
