Most of the time when you walk into an eye appointment is usually just an okay experience but I had the hands down BEST eye appointment of my life #notsponsored I had to go on twice because of some insurance issues but Phylicia helped me get my insurance sorted out, gave me trial contacts in the interim, and because I had to come back in a second time for an eye exam, she included a free eye health check up and 20% of my lens purchase! After coming back for the second time, I had great eye appointment (optometrist was really lovely). Phylicia literally went above and beyond to work with me to maximize my insurance benefits AND find me the perfect frame (and I'm so picky)! She also ordered me some colored contact lenses and gave me a bunch of freebies (free sunglasses w a glasses purchase). It was a shockingly good experience, everyone was so friendly! Phylicia is an all star and I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Wonderful experience at this MyEyeDr. Location. Adelina helped me resolve my issue quickly and with a smile on her face. I highly recommend going to this location for anyone needing glasses/sunglasses.
