By far the best experience I've had in a long time. From the moment I entered the facility, the staff was very warm and welcoming. What I was most impressed with was the quality of service provided and how knowledgeable everyone was. When I explained the issues that I was having with the glasses I was wearing, he immediately said "Let's fix this and get everything corrected so that you can feel comfortable wearing your glasses daily." Because I had the progressive lens placed in my Ray-Ban Meta glasses, I will definitely return to get a second pair so that I can preserve my Metas. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!!!

Our family has been going with MyEyeDr. for our vision needs for years now. We recently started coming to this location (Michigan Ave.) The staff as always has been very nice and helpful to us. They take their time to make sure all of our information is taken down along with insurance and helpful with any paperwork that needs to be filled out. We are always greeted with smiles. The area is clean and well organized; nothing is ever out of place. The doctor was very informative with our vision care and needs. She was very professional and didn't feel like she was rushed; she took her time with us. Once the exams were over, the staff was very helpful at helping us choose the right frames for the family. Once our products arrived at their office, we received a friendly phone call to let us know they're ready for pickup. Overall, great and friendly service from everyone in the office.

I've been coming here for a while and always have a great experience. The staff is friendly and professional, and everything always runs smoothly. Areli is the sweetest and so helpful -- she always helps me pick the best glasses for my face and style. I truly appreciate her patience and honesty. Highly recommend!

I come here to purchase frames each year. While I do my medical exams at another location, Areyli (sp.?) is incredible. She goes above and beyond for every person that walks in the door. She's been honest, knowledgeable in answering my questions, and patient as I make decisions. Incredible customer service!

Love coming here and leaving with what I am looking for and more! Areli is always so helpful and takes the time to try different styles to best fit you. The attention that you receive when you come in to when you leave is amazing! The doctor also makes you feel like he genuinely cares about your vision and the best options suited for your case! Definitely recommend coming here! The parking is usually not that difficult as it is downtown and they have parking everywhere.

I've been a long standing patient at MyEYEDR on N. Michigan for years. Everyone at the clinic is personable, helpful and prompt. Excellent customer service and easy online appointments. Can't recommend enough if you live or work downtown.

My experience on March 5th 2026 with Allison was such a delight. She was so helpful and thorough, going out her way to show me a variety of frames and explaining how to properly take the glasses off and the benefits of having insurance. Im overwhelmed with how kind and considerate she was which made my experience an overall success.
