My experience was nothing short of amazing! I am from out of state and needed an emergency fix on my glasses. I called the North Center location ahead and was given helpful and delightful guidance. I then walked in and was immediately greeted with smiles and great customer service. I waited a total of 5 minutes for Tracy to fix my glasses, during that short time the other employees were super friendly and communicative! Once my glasses were fixed to perfection I was on my way and left the happiest customer possible! 10/10 most definitely recommend!

Went to go get some new glasses and Tatiana was wonderful! She helped me pick out the glasses I really liked. She is not pushy and will let you pick out glasses yourself and then she'll pick some as well. She was great! The whole process was very easy and efficient.

The service is great. However, For whatever reason, at this clinic, my insurance only covers $40 of the cost for glasses. Which means I'm responsible for the remaining balance which was about $100. When I went to another eye clinic, My insurance covered more and I didn't have to pay any out of pocket expenses because they had a variety of affordable glasses to choose from, So do your research first.
