Came by to make appointment. I got that immediately, but they also fixed an old pair of glasses on the spot. I had stepped on them a few times. I generally wear contact lenses. The service was outstanding. The ladies Riya and Ivone working here in the front of house were gracious and kind to everyone that walked in. The gentleman in the front I forgot his name (sorry, intoxicated by something) was also a gem. At the end of the day great customer connection. In addition to the aura/vibe/energy of the office being great just 3 days post exam. My new contact lenses are already at the Drs, office and actually arrived yesterday. The Doctor thought 7-10 days before arrival. I leave for Sunday for Georgia Tech, 40-hour math course so this is awesome, I had not asked them to expedite or anything. There are so qualified many providers available today, you can go anywhere, but to be get good service with energized, engaged, staff members, well I will do business for life these folks. Amazing experience! Due to a system error my insurance wasn't used and I paid the full price. After bringing it to their attention a few days later, they fixed it no questions asked! Best experience I have had having to deal with a retail issue in decades! Customer service/care and support was absolutely stellar. The Dr. was phenomenal when it came to making sure I understood the information about my sight and my astigmatism. 10/10 would recommend again

I had great experience, this was my first eye exam , my appointment was over within 30 minutes, everyone was professional and sweet. I was able to sit after my appointment to wait for my ride Dede, Dr Choi as well Ivonne were very understanding and provide excellent service.

Came in for eyeglass repair. They were very nice and accommodating. My glasses couldn't be fixed. However, upon leaving I was missing the screw holding the arm to the lens shown to the front desk attendant. After calling to check if it was left on the desk, it's simply gone. I will now have to pay for this part to be replaced. Should I have double checked they placed everything handed back? Yes. Did they still lose something of value to me? Yes.

I arrived with a broken nose pad. The folks here could not have been nicer Not only did they treat my issue with great respect. They replaced both nose pads and refused payment. What can I say it was like stepping back in time. I would highly recommend this great shop. It will be where I'll get my next pair of glasses. Thank you My Eye Dr.!! I had such a great experience at this place. The staff were welcoming, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me fix my damaged frame that I recently got. Best part is, they did not charge me for the repair. I'd highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for top-notch eye care with a personal touch!

Great service. Easy location. Dr. Choi and team are tops - the former really takes the time to explain what's going on with your eye beyond just fitting you for contact lenses / a glasses prescription. Recommend!
