I had the pleasure of interacting with Iesha and Aliya during my recent visit, and I must say they were exceptional. Their kindness and accommodation made the entire experience much more pleasant. They answered all my questions with a smile and ensured I felt comfortable throughout my appointment. Their professionalism and friendly demeanor truly set a high standard for patient care.

I love coming to MyEyeDr. The staff at the Chicago Ave are super friendly. I rescheduled my apt like 3 times and they have been patient with me. I arrived a whole hour early and were able to take me in as soon as I walked in. Staff helped me pull the plug on some new glasses. They helped me price match my contacts which personally helped me out financially! Thanks for everything!

I came in with pretty broken glasses while out of town. I had purchased my glasses at a completely different shop in WA state. The friendly people took a quick look at them and said they could fix them. After working on my glasses for about 15 minutes, they had them good as new. I went to pay and they told me no charge. If I'm ever in need of glasses in the future, this would be my place to shop.

Wonder was very nice . She really knows her job. The Optometrist was very nice. Eye exam was made completely comfortable . They eye wear can be pricey. The eye exam price is very reasonable. best . I would recommend Dr.Eye

Last week they call an hour before my appointment and they canceled my appointment because the doctor is not available and that was the other location today I went for my appointment I walked in and they did not confirm my appointment, although I already confirmed my appointment by a msg.. I walked in. The lady on the phone did not even bother to herself to talk to me. The other gentleman did not know nothing about my appointment. I will definitely find something else and I'm not interested with them anymore. 0 customer service..not recommended at all..

The rate average of this facility is not accurate; what's so ever. Everyone; and I mean everyone; was so helpful and welcoming.The faculty has changed since those bad reviews. They answered all my questions/concerns I had. I was nervous at first because I was changing my eye Doctor and really didn't know what to expect. But since entered their door they were quick on directing me on what I needed to do. Just such a great experience, Do recommend anyone and everyone to give them a chance. You wont regret it. P.s they have coffee. Hot Coco. Tea. Little snacks.

I decided to go here after reading yelp reviews. They were very nice. My daughter was seen by DR. Close she was wonderful very welcoming, and she totally made my daughter (4) feel confortable. I'm very happy with the service. We used a voucher from VSP which covered the exam and glasses.

The ladies went above & beyond to make sure I tried on every frame I asked for. They gave honest opinions to my concerns. Made sure I got all possible discounts. And they did all of this while creating a fun atmosphere. Very enjoyable experience.
