5 stars - Exceptional Care and Truly Above-and-Beyond Service I had an excellent experience at this eye doctor in Andersonville. Dr. Vairagi Patel was outstanding--she really took her time to listen and thoroughly address my eye concerns. I felt heard and well cared for, which is impressive in today's rushed healthcare world. I also ordered my contact lenses through them, and they arrived in just a couple of days--fast and hassle-free. The real standout moment, though, was the incredible customer service. I knew I was cutting it close to closing time, so I called ahead and spoke with a gentleman who kindly said he'd hold my order for me. Unfortunately, my Uber driver got very chatty (talking about his eyes, his retirement, everything), despite me repeatedly saying I was in a hurry. He drove so slowly I ended up arriving 11 minutes past closing. I was sure it was a wasted trip and they'd be gone. But when I got to the door, the same gentleman was standing there waiting with my package in hand, ready to hand it over. That gesture was way above and beyond--truly thoughtful and kind. In a world where exceptional service often feels like the exception rather than the norm anymore, this experience left a lasting great impression. It's rare to find a place that genuinely goes the extra mile like this. Highly recommend--thank you for the outstanding care!

I love going to this shop. The owners are very sweet. The nice lady working there went through so many glasses with me and had so much patience I really appreciated it. I just went in to get a pair of glasses and expected to wait a week or 2 for them to be ready and I was shocked when they were ready for pick up in 30 minutes. I highly recommend trying out their shop.

Dr. Patel was hands down the best eye doctor experience I've ever had. She's kind, patience and extremely thorough and made me feel very comfortable. They also have a really great selection of eye wear. 10/10 would recommend!

Jake was very personable, funny, and kind. He was also very knowledgeable and took the time to explain things to me in a way that made sense! Felt like getting a good check up with a friend almost!

This is my normal eye doctor's office that I visit for annual exams--but I had to visit two weeks ago for an eye pain/problem. They were able to get me in that afternoon and the visit was quick and informative. I really appreciate their approach and how quickly I was able to get in!
