I visited Nikoumanesh Eye Care and was extremely disappointed with my experience. I was there for about 15 minutes in total, but spent less than 3 minutes with the doctor. I know I was 4 minutes late, but that still didn't warrant such a rushed and dismissive experience. I didn't feel any empathy, nor did I feel truly heard or understood -- just like I was another patient being pushed through. The whole visit felt purely transactional, as if the priority was money, not care. Overall, a terrible experience that I would not recommend.
