I was able to make an appointment over the phone, and they had early times available. They also followed up with a message and phone call to make sure i didn't forget and also to show up, and i did. They do have a parking lot, but I found free street parking nearby. Once inside the building, the optical is on the east side or the left side. I was seen by a lady, not sure of her name, but she was attentive and got my information as well as some tests done. Afterward, Dr. Bowers came to the room ange verified my vision and gave me my prescription. As for the lenses, you can get them there as well as anywhere else. They do offer brand name glasses as well as more affordable ones. Overall, the service was good, no waiting since i think I was the first one there, IL come back for my next test and glasses.

Ask for an estimate before you go! I had a fine experience with the doctor and staff here for a routine eye exam and contact fitting. However, they charged almost $700 for the privilege, not including any glasses or contacts themselves. Outrageous!
