Northwestern Vision Center in Evanston and their doctors and technicians are amazing! Many thanks to Dr. David Palmer for referring me in to see Dr. Mezbur for contact lenses. Dr Mezbur is such a wonderful doctor, so pleasant and professional. And veronica, her eye technician that worked with to assess my sight was excellent as well. she went through all the task and I felt like she was patient with me when I had to respond to "one or two and I can't make up my mind anyway I got contacts from them that were multifocal and they're working wonderfully Mezbur could determine that was the best solution for me and I had been at LensCrafters twice to get contact lenses neither pair ever worked out for me and of course I got six months at a time so I have to say that Dr. Mezbur at Northwestern vision Center is the way to go for contacts and I'm sure Dr. David Palmer is the way to go for other vision issues a person might have. I was on the list for months to see a doctor at Northshore and now I've already seen Dr. Mezbur and I'm finally getting close to my appt at North shore but since I was referred in to Dr. Mezbur so quickly and I now have great contacts, I just canceled my eye appt at North Shore bc my appt was in November. I feel fortunate and now maybe someone who is going to North Shore can get in a little sooner because I canceled my appointment there. Way to go Northwestern vision Center!

One of the top hospitals in Chicago, the specialty practices are top notch with experienced doctors. The hospital is well maintained, staff are helpful and professional, there are vast food options, a Walgreens pharmacy onsite and multiple parking garages.

I am a former patient of Dr. Janpol (spelling?). I was a patient of his from approximately 1998 through 2005 as a patient suffering from Pars Planitis (which is an extremely rare eye disease that is sometimes linked to MS). Dr. Janpol is very knowledgeable and the top optometrist in his field of study. He saved my vision when I was still in highschool. The thought of losing my vision and being disabled is a horrible thought, but Dr. Janpol is my savior. I even chose my university I attended based of the fact he had a trusted colleague at that school (University of Iowa) my Pars Planitis was that bad. Dr. Janpol has amazing bed side manner!!!

I love the optomotrist Dr. Sakulsum and actually fly to see him from NYC because I used to live in Chicago. Have seen him for years. He's thorough and terrific. Sadly there is a track record of NO Follow up from his administrative staff to get contact lens prescription faxed to my provider. I have now called 3 times to get my contacts and no one can be bothered to do it and I have run out of contacts. If you have a personal assistant to constantly call his staff and stay on top of them, go ahead and become a patient at this practice.

Highly Recommend!!!! Drove from Michigan to Chicago for the BEST orthopedic surgeon. Anish Kadakia With this doctor, I got my third foot surgery (Nov 2018) and hopefully last on my right foot. So far everything has been healing well and the doctor and staff are outrageously caring. I have never thought once that they felt my pain was not worth trying to fix or to give me a better day-to-day life. I thank the administration staff sooooo much for the time and effort they do in regards to workers comp, FMLA, ect.. Best team, Best People!!!!!!!!!!

Today I went to NWM ophthalmology clinic @ 259 E Erie suite #1520 My people, my people's, let me tell you what happened to me today. My awesome doctor Brian Bolholst suggested I visit after noticing I had a foreign object in my eye during an annual exam. Let me tell you, it was an experience! These people are so humble and professional I have a knew respect for specialist departments. From the moment I walked in the door I was impressed. Yolanda the registration processor pleasantly checked me in. Annie the ophthalmologist technician warmly escorted me to my room & gave me a comprehensive explanation about what was going to happen. She humbly requested assistance from resident Dr. Minkus, who humbly asked for assistance from Dr.Birnbaum who graciously asked Dr.Goldstein who got the foreign object out of my eye. Praise JEHOVAH I can see clearly now!

Monique (certified optician) at the downtown location is the actual best. The world needs more people like this... Thorough, kind, patient, highly skilled, and witty. You'll feel like the only person on their agenda for the week.

I just want to express my gratitude for the exceptional help your staff provided me. I went in with a broken eyeglass handle. Dilemma, I had no money. Solution, your staff went above and beyond and replaced the hinge and handle. Cost, their customer loyalty and professionalism. I don't know the young lady's name but I want to thank her.
