Onesite Eyecare

The receptionist is very rude and unprofessional. The place is never open. They don't even follow the business hours they have posted. Furthermore they overcharged me for service. The eye exam with my insurance is included and I have $110 credit each year to buy contacts or glasses. After my exam they told me I only had a $70 credit and I had to pay the difference. When I called my insurance company they said this was wrong. This place needs to be reported to the States attorneys office. I already did. Don't go here!

I always had a terrific experience with One site Eyecare, because The receptionist treated me with respect, and wait time for Dr. PUJA SHAH was no more than 15 min, and she is a wizard at her job! She resolved my eye issue quickly.

Staff was helpful. I was in and out. Paid what was due on my end. I was seen on Friday, April 15th. Bought a year supply of contacts. I was told 2-3 days for my supply to come in, to just follow up on Wednesday the 20th to make sure they are in. Today, April 27th, I call, they don't have them. There was sort of delay, they should be in tomorrow. Umm, I was told they'd be in LAST week this day. Gave me a run around of "We cant control UPS if there is delay", & "The shipping company gets backed up". Sooo, nobody was gunna call me and tell me was a delay? "We would of called you when your contacts arrived." So no, nobody would of called me to tell me there was a delay. I paid a year supply because they offered me a rebate, that's due at the end of the month. So if my contacts don't come in, then I'm out $50. Thanks Onesite!

Front desk ridiculous service l'm in collection because of them billing issue , doctors are great very professional . Las resepcuinistas hacen un trabajo mediocre muy mal servicio estoy en colecciones por culpa de sus procesos de facturacion.
