I had tired to come previously around the holidays, and they were pretty busy. There was a schedule issue and I had to leave. I was going to try another location but tried here again, this time they even called to confirm my appointment. Noah and the woman doctor (didn't get her name) were incredible and made this time around so much more pleasant. They definitely made it go smoothly and took time to help.

I had a very disappointing experience here. I've come to this location in the past and never had a complaint but my latest visits, plural, were a disaster. The doctors messed up my contact fitting on my first visit. Things happen and I'm trying to be understanding but when I went back complaining of dizziness and nausea when wearing my contacts, they gave me a new trial pair it made the issue even worse. I had to go back I believe three additional times and my contacts still aren't right. It's like they are guessing what strength and fit to give me. I've worn contacts for 30 years and never once had a problem. I get my exam and come back in a year or two when I'm running low on contacts. In addition to wasting my time, I paid for vision insurance all year and wasted my one free annual eye exam coming here. I also went ahead and ordered new lenses for my glasses after the first visit, not even considering that the prescription could be wrong. So now those are a waste. I'm traveling soon and am completely out of contacts so I had to order some and will just suffer with a wonky prescription. The one positive is the staff is always friendly and polite. I just wish they could have gotten my prescription right.

I tried to schedule a contact exam (within 12 months of my standard exam, which is covered by my insurance) and they refused to schedule me because my insurance was about 1-2 months out for resetting-- they told me to wait until I could get my standard eye exam again in 2 months. I told them I was about to run out of contacts... which I think is a pretty obvious reason to want a contact exam.. the CSR seemed annoyed on the line, I basically had to beg for an exam. I ended up deciding to run out of contacts and suffer so I could take my business elsewhere after this poor experience. (This was a couple months ago, but I never wrote a review and I'm still upset!)

Pearle Vision in Logan Square has an in-house lab so you'll be more likely to get your glasses back within days as opposed to weeks with the places that outsource their lab work. They also accept a slew of insurances. (Call to check in advance to be sure; they have a very helpful customer service team both in person and remotely). I needed glasses done in a pinch and this place came through in a hurry. Took measurements, got in touch with my insurance and had be out the door in under 30 minutes. My glasses order was ready for pickup by Monday evening, after my Friday afternoon appointment. Right on. Give them a try.

My daughter and husband both went here for an eye exam and new glasses/contacts. The eye doctor was great and did a thorough exam. Lots of frames to choose from too! The glasses and contacts were all delivered within a week. Both are very happy with the service and their new glasses!

The staff was friendly and helpful at the beginning, but the doctor initially sent me the wrong prescription. I was told it would be corrected and sent the same day, but it took a week--and I still received the wrong one. After following up again, it took another week to finally get the correct prescription, despite being told it would only take a day. I wouldn't recommend this place. Very disorganized.

Extremely impressed with Pearle Vision. I've recently changed providers after moving to Chicago and found this place online, as it is within walking distance to my new residence. Conveniently located in Logan Square, they had a very attentive reception staff who were all extremely accommodating and ready to assist. They were running a little behind on my visit but were working extremely quickly to manage as many appointments as efficiently and thoroughly as possible. Dr. Nading was very detailed in his assessments and examinations. He's very personable and makes you feel at ease, I appreciated his professional bedside manner and felt comfortable from the start of my eye exam. The entire practice felt welcoming and determined to take care of my needs. I am looking forward to being a patient here for years to come!

I don't usually leave reviews, but the service I got from this location was so good, I had to leave a great feedback. They have an amazing selection, the Doctor was so nice and took his time to explain everything to me. The staff is very helpful, and they always manage to pick something for me that I love!
