Pearle Vision

My husband, son and I have been customers of Pearl Vision at this location for many years. We all love Dr. Paul Kling who is very patient, knowledgeable and takes great care of our eyes. Stephanie, his assistance is wonderful and always goes above and beyond trying to assist the customers in their every needs. She has always helped us out tremendously in fitting our glasses, or working with our insurance companies to try and get us the best price possible. She also always tries to give us rebates when available for even more discounts! We wouldn't go any where else for our eye care needs!

Dr. Kling is very friendly and kindly answers all questions, happy to explain all about vision issues. My prescription is perfect. The staff is very very nice and the location is very clean. I had ordered my glasses using my insurance, VSP, and was told it would take 10 days or so for them to come in. They came in 3 business days!. After I picked them up, this Pearl e Vision location called me promptly the next day to make sure I was happy with my glasses and to remind me I can come in at any time for a free cleaning or frame adjustment. Dr. Kling is great and the staff is great, and all seem to genuinely like their jobs, and happy to provide service. I will definitely be sticking with them!.

I'm so disappointed in this location. I originally came in about a month ago for a pair of glasses. I ended up paying $200 for some frames because I had utilized my insurance on contact lenses already..fine...I was totally OK with that as long as I could get frames to see. One month later one of the screws popped out of the arm of the glasses, which was very disappointing considering that I'm extremely cautious when it comes to my eyewear. I was told they could only offer me 40% off of new frames although I just bought those nearly a monthly ago and they broke. I'm very dissatisfied considering I didn't really have the extra money for new frames at the time any..

I was extremely disappointed in my experience. I wanted sunglasses. I told the person helping me several times that I needed very dark lenses. I purchased the progressive lense that was recommended. I received the glasses about two weeks later. As soon as I left the store my eyes were bothering me because the lense was not dark enough. When I went back to the store I was told that anti reflective lenses were darker and I should get those. I paid additional money for the anti reflective lenses and chose another pair that maybe would help block the sun. It took about two weeks for the glasses to be ready for pick up. As soon as I put the sunglasses on they slipped off my nose. They were adjusted a couple if times before I left the store. Within an hour the glasses were slipping off my face again. I went back to the store and they adjusted them saying to wear them for a couple of days. The sun glasses continued to slip down and I called telling them the glasses still did not fit. I went in again and they were not able to adjust the sunglasses so they would not slip down on my face. I told them I thought these lenses were too heavy for the frames and they told me that it was past 30 days and I was stuck with the sunglasses. I told them that I had not had either pair of the sunglasses more than a few days. Then they said that you could only change frames one time. I was not told any of this information prior to purchasing the sunglasses. Do not buy glasses from here unless you have money to throw away.

I recently visited another Pearl Vision prior to coming to the Ford City Mall office. I was able to save approximately $100 on the same style.. Great job!

Bad customer service. Not only was I not greeted like a customer should. I was given an attitude because I had never been there and now that meant a little extra paper work for the lady helping me. I decided to walk out and go somewhere else where they don't treat me like if I'm asking them to help me for free.

Dr. Kling is patient and interested in his work, so he's good to have an examination with. BUSINESS LOCATION IS NOW CLOSED

No longer have walk in service. Whats the point of this chain then!!!!!! And they do not have the lab anymore to walk out with glasses that same day. Disappointed.....
