Amazingly service. Walked right in and had someone explain everything my insurance entailed. Let me know what would be worth doing and it felt like genuine guidance. Both guys were very helpful! Best part. My glasses arrived in 24 hours. Could not recommend enough!

Everyone was so helpful. The doctor was very nice, friendly, and easy to talk to. He conducted a thorough exam. One of the people working the front was exceptionally helpful to me while I was picking out glasses and was honest about how they looked. I ended up getting a new shape this time, and I absolutely love the glasses!! I went back and bought a second pair in a similar shape. I would highly recommend this pearle vision.

The glasses cracked within months because of improper assembly. When I brought them in and asked for assistance, Pearle Vision didn't offer to help in any way. They informed me that my only option was to get new lenses through them at full cost. Why would I have them do the same poor job twice? I recommend to instead go to a nearby local business that honors their work like Eye Want, Eye Care by Design, Lab Rabbit, Village Eyecare, D/Vision Optical or Big City Optical.

I scheduled an appointment on a Friday months in advance. The Thursday before my appointment they called to reschedule for Monday because the doctor would be out, so we rescheduled. All weekend they called me probably 2-3 times per day to confirm my appointment for Monday. On Monday morning, they called to say the doctor would not be in on Monday and to reschedule. I will find a different eye doctor. Do any doctors even work there at all?

I just had the most amazing experience at Pearle Vision. This place really stands out when it comes to your typical eye exam experience. From the moment I called in to set up an appointment, to the moment I checked out and left their location - I felt truly cared about. When I walked in, I was given a friendly greeting and explanation on everything by Diane. Dr. Demmers was also the friendliest eye doctor I've ever had the experience of working with, you can tell he really cares about people, and giving people a good experience. He was empathetic about my current situation of being unemployed, and even shared his own personal story of being laid off. He also graciously tightened my glasses for me without me even asking. Diane then was kind enough to find any discounts she could for me for my contacts, and was patient with me when the prices were too high. I am so touched by this customer service experience and will be highly recommending this eye doctor to my entire network. Thank you so much Pearle Vision team!
