A genuinely terrible experience. The front desk people were not kind, and the sink where I took out my contacts was disgusting. The facilities are run down, the equipment is rusted and old, the exam room was freezing and nothing was wiped down beforehand. I'm only giving two stars because the optometrist was efficient and quick. Go to the location on Clark and Lawrence instead.

Very professional, polite and patient. While waiting to be served, a customer was really disappointed with the news of her insurance not covering the cost of her contact lenses. The eyewear specialist handled it so well. I completely love good service.

My visit was scheduled quickly and everyone treated me so well! I came in with specific concerns and they were addressed on the spot. I'm so glad I met with this team who were absolutely amazing!

BEWARE! These guys try to pull the wool over your eyes and charge you more money than necessary. Rep. called Martin has no customer service skills and makes it difficult doing business. I got so tired dealing with his BS that I got up and left. There are far better Pearle Vision franchises in Chicago. Unless you want to get screwed, stay clear of this place. I give them NO STARS.

The Doctor and staff was great. If I didn't have such bad insurance i would have been in a better mood LOL. Nothing to do with the service though. It was phenomenal!!! They could use some new furniture in the lobby

The eye exam was good, and I was unable to pay the full price for the eyeglasses. Lay away was mentioned. I made a down payment. Well, I changed my mind, and I was unable to get a refund. Instead, the salesperson told me that I only do a store credit. That is not good. I hear all sales are final. Well, I did not know that. On my 1st visit, I did not leave there with any merchandise. I had a receipt for layaway. The eye glasses would only be completed once they were paid. Now I called for the manager I as of yet have not received a call. I called the corporation NOTHING. I have always patronized Pearl Vision. I was working. I am now retired and a senior. SAD
