Perez Eye Care

I have been going for my eye care to this business since the two previous owners with the original office on Damen and Cermak in the 80's with Dr Louis Jelenik. A shout out to the previous owner Dr Andres Torre and currently Perez eye care where Angelica and Patricia are the best!

I had a truly positive experience during my visit. While I think it's time to move away from paper forms given the advancements in technology, my overall satisfaction outweighed that minor inconvenience. The location could certainly benefit from an update, but that's not the focal point. Dr. Perez impressed me with her attentiveness, knowledge, kindness, and supportiveness. The staff also contributed to the welcoming atmosphere; perhaps a water station in the front would enhance the experience even further. This is my second visit, despite living all the way up north, and I highly recommend this practice!

Called to make an appointment and the receptionist Cynthia was extremely rude. I thanked them and hung up the call. The receptionist decided to call back say your welcome and hang up on me- not a "sorry we were disconnected" as her claim is that she thought the call disconnected. She also claimed she managed the location. I asked for the owner and she put me on hold to get them- then decided to tell me they weren't there. First experience dealing with this place and fully unprofessional. If this is how they manage their phone inquiries- I would never trust their service.

Very friendly staff and knowledgeable , the doctor was very polite and helpful,. They whole staff helped with picking the glasses I needed from finding out type of subscription I need for my eye and the design of glasses look good on me. I'm definitely going back to see if I can get a second pair.

Came here for the first time and had an absolutely wonderful experience. I've honestly never had such an in depth eye exam. I'm accustomed to going to vision works and Miami optical but won't be going back to either of those places after coming here. Aside from the wonderful care, the staff is excellent. From your first greeting at the front desk to speaking to the doctor and picking out glasses, everything was excellent. We won't be going to any other eye doctors. This is hands down the best place I've found.

Dr Angelica is the only eye doctor I've come back to. Thorough exam and answered all my questions. She gave me several options for contacts and was mindful of cost. The staff is very helpful and follow up quickly (like when I needed my prescription or itemized receipt emailed for reimbursement purposes).

I was very disappointed with the price! They doubled the price on a pair of glasses that they have on a different optical with the same characteristics and brand, and it was my fault not to check on different places before go there! So sorry to went to Perez Optical, and I think they laid to me when I showed my insurance card, they said they will accept it, but I think they didn't! The price I paid for the glasses and test were ridiculous!

No words describe my love for PEC! Now it's hard to find a place that actually treats their patients good, as well as provide excellent service! No other optical can top that, and I refer anyone to views this comment to go there.
