I first went there in the summer of 2025, I purchased glasses and contacts. I recieved my contacts within about a week but it took almost 3 months for me to receive my glasses. They gave some excuse about the lab placing a hold on medicaid glasses. To which I informed them, I don't have medicaid. My insurance was through my employer and even after insurance I stoll paid $400 for my glasses. I said I would NEVER order glasses from them again. Fast forward to January 10 2026 I went there and ordered more contacts to which I paid $100 and here it is February 14th and I still have not recieved my contacts. I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!!!

This is the worst place to go for glasses. This was my first time going there because my son told me about them and I went in November 2025 to get my eyes examined and it's December 2025 and I still haven't gotten my glasses yet. Due to the Lab putting the wrong prescription in my frames which were Coach frames that I provided for them. And now I have to wait until they come back again

I have been waiting for my glasses for 6 weeks they have no idea the process they just keep telling me they will give me a call mind you it's been 6 WEEKS!!! They do not care !!

Never on time for appointments, you will be waiting hours after your appt time . they don't even Apologies for the inconvenience that they are causing and this is everytime i come . It seem like it's only one eye doctor and the rest are helpers . i've waited up to 2 hours for an appointment they have no respect for the clients time

The absolute worst! My child glasses were ordered in March we didn't receive the glasses until May. I had to beg the person to actually take the time to listen to me to throughly explain the situation- only for Plano to learn they made a mistake spelling my child's name. Okay, now we're waiting on the replacement glasses/ yes, my kid broke the glasses within a month. yes, I requested flexible lenses only to be told after finally receiving the first pair that this wasn't an option. But, back to replacement pair- it's only been a month since they were ordered and the glasses haven't arrived and not a clue as to when we could expect the order. Black businesses always preach "support black businesses " but why are black businesses unorganized and unprofessional businesses????

I'm grateful I master patience. I'm assuming due to the terrible insurance we have, they have a policy where your insurance have to be performed before your appointment. It would be nice if that part could have been taken care ahead of time, nevertheless we finally got seen. I was told my children glasses would be back in 3weeks. It has been 3 weeks and 4 days, & I have not heard from anyone. I've been calling, no return calls, and at this point it's no excuse for the ignorance.

It's been 6 weeks and I haven't received my glasses they are telling me to just wait for a call it's been 6 WEEKS!!!
