Upon the date of August 12, 2024 I scheduled an appointment at tropical optical at 3620 W. 26th St., Chicago, IL for my annual eye exam when Dr.- Ramachandran Concluded the eye exam I was provided to print out of the prescription, which did not include axis, P.D., prism, base, etc., etc. I brought this to the attention all the staff who refused to stipulate this information within the prescription print out I brought it to the attention of the doctor and informed him that I needed this basic information as it was a part of the medical exam, and I required said for the purposes of ultimately ordering a pair of prescription eyewear, this arrogant doctor and his staff members systematically refused to provide me with this basic information in spite of it being required and being part of the optical exam. Every single exam that I have ever had performed outlined this basic information yet the doctor and every single staff member at this office vehemently rejected my request for this information that is regularly provided. I was forced to follow a formal complaint with my medical provider seeking nonpayment for an improper Optical exam. I don't recommend that anyone schedule an appointment at this office. Both the doctors and the staff members are completely unprofessional and treat patients with utter disregard..
