I walked into Price Optical randomly after doing a walk for better health. I went in to see if they took my insurance and if so, make an appointment. They verified my insurance and took me in the same day. The optometrist explained in detail my eye issues (I love to be educated) and gave me options. A week later, I had my eyewear. I received a text and an email. My previous optometrist that does all the high end frames doesn't do that. I noticed the treatment of all the patients and prospective patients as they went in and out; they were all treated respectfully. My only recommendation for Price Optical is for the staff to wear name tags &/or introduce themselves. I assumed the doctor was Doctor Price but there were no introductions throughout my process. The service otherwise exceeded my expectations. Good job!!!
