The young lady that took me through all my tests was very nice, there was a million tests they did. The dr was very informative. Be mindful of all the tests they do because your insurance may not cover them and they don't let you know that there will be an out of pocket cost after they already did them. When I asked the front desk lady what the additional charges were she was like the Dr didn't go over them with you? Anyway I paid $148 and the lenses were quoted $799 I asked the guy like doesn't my insurance cover glasses and he said not the ones he was showing me. Anyway you'd be better off at americas best or Pearl vision unless you have $1000 for a pair of glasses with a .5 lense. I have blue cross blue shield ppo city insurance so it's not like I had some bootleg coverage.

I had a great experience. Dr. Shaw is super knowledgeable and patient. He explained everything thoroughly. I felt cared for and not rushed. The staff is amazing. I worked with Raven. She was great. I want to commend the rest of the staff. I had been in a week prior with my mom and forgot my water bottle and they saved it for me. I wish I knew about this place sooner!
