Great service and selection! Glasses and contacts arrived quickly. Owners are very kind and helpful with selecting frames and lenses. As a first time contact user, the training was very useful as I was very nervous. My new glasses are great quality and I love them!

The owners at Prism Optical Jorge and Darlene are masters of the craft. They offer reasonable prices for eye exam, glasses making, and very friendly to talk to. My prescription is pretty near sighted and they are able to craft the perfect lens without being too thick. I look forward to making more frames from you!

Jorge and Darlene, the couple who own and operate Prisim Optical are great ,they scheduled an eye exam for me, and filed the paperwork with my Insurance company. They have been in the business a Long time and so have lots of experience helping patients choose the best frames and the kind of lenses best suited for the patient. I've been coming to prism optics for many years and will continue patronizing their business for many years to come. It's also nice to be able to support a local business!

These guys are the best. True pros. Great sense of humor. Pride and expertise in what they do. I used to go to Warby Parker, but now I go here. I tend to buy vintage frames and bring them here to have lenses made, but they have tons of frames in the shop as well. Jorge knows my style, and even pulled a pair of vintage frames aside from a dealer they work with because he thought I'd like them (I did). Darlene has been so kind and is easy to communicate with when scheduling, she bent over backwards to get me in more than a few times when my schedule was making things complicated. Support good folks like this, and they'll support you too. Definitely come into Prism Optical.

THIS is how it's done! The world would be a better place if businesses were run as Jorge and Darlene run Prism Optical: Quietly confident, professional, knowledgeable, and respectfully eager to please a customer's needs and choices.While discussing my glasses, Jorge went into his lab and came out with a tint he'd just prepared that corresponded to exactly what I had in mind! Jorge learned the optical business from his father beginning in his youth, and together with his wife, Darlene, they are IT! This is a small, independent business run by a married couple - verrry old world culturally with up-to-date technology. PLUS - I got lost en route, phoned them for directions and Jorge said, "Stay where you are, I'll be there in 5 minutes." When has the owner of a company ever come to pick me up? NEVER! We went into the store, I met Darlene and everything from there forward was like a sled ride downhill on perfect snow. Conversation, discussion, selection, pricing and delivery date (1 week to 10 days) were the most agreeable, stress-free business transaction I can remember having. AND this married couple with more than 25 years experience, told me to keep my current glasses until the new lenses were ready for final grinding - IN HOUSE. What a great experience - so reassuring to know there are still people conducting themselves and their business as Darlene and Jorge do theirs. Thank you so very much for a GREAT experience. Can't wait to see well again so I can see the two of you better!

Darlene and Jorge are hands-down who you need to see for your eye care. The service here is excellent, the turn around time is quick, and the prices are very fair. They were also very accommodating and I was able to come in after work tonight. I went back today to get new lenses put into my frames (I also got the keep my current frames which was great) and I picked out sunglasses. Darlene was incredibly helpful in explaining all the different options for lenses and helping me choose a frame. Bonus that on top of the great selection and service, you get to support a local, small business. I see why they've been in business here so long! Will be recommending and continuing to visit Prism Optical.

We got our child's glasses from here and had a fantastic experience! Darlene was wonderful and accommodating and made the whole process seamless and enjoyable. I truly appreciated her kindness and warmth as well since this was all new for us (neither my husband or myself wear glasses and yet here we were getting glasses for our child). Thanks, Darlene!
