My daughter and I truly appreciate how thorough the staff and doctors are during our exams. The staff is so friendly every time we walk in. I must specifically mention how Iris is incredibly personable and a joy to speak with. She always explains what my coverages and out of pocket expenses will be in detail, along with any instructions tailored to our needs. 5 Dr Anderson is great! Knowledgeable and so chill it makes your visit easier and makes you feel comfortable. Also, one of the receptionists, I believe her name is Isela. She was very patient and polite answering my questions. I'm not consistent with my visits but this is the only office I go to

I have been visiting this eye doctor since last year, and both visits have been great. The eyecare consultant, Cesar, was excellent, fun to talk to, and charismatic. I went to see Dr. Anderson, and he really takes care of you. He goes through the process and makes you comfortable. I've been hesitant about getting contacts, but he convinced me, and now I'm excited about them.

I haven't been to the eye doctor in a while, so i can say i was a little nervous about coming. As soon as i walked in the building, Cesar helped me out a ton! He made me feel comfortable and prepared for when the doctor was ready to see me. Cesar offered to help pick out my frames and was overall a friendly and helpful person. The other staff were very friendly and helpful as well, Cesar just so happened to be helping me.
